Add the medicines to your cart and upload a clear photo of your prescription at checkout. A licensed pharmacist reviews it — usually within 30 minutes during working hours — and we dispatch as soon as it is approved.

Yes. Use “Upload Prescription” and our pharmacist will prepare your order from the prescription. You will get a notification to review and confirm before anything is charged.

Yes. Send your medicine list or a photo of your prescription on WhatsApp. Our team prepares the order and confirms it with you.

You can cancel from My Orders until the order is packed. After that, please contact our care team.

Yes. We deliver by courier to every city and town in Pakistan. Most orders arrive in 2–3 working days.

Choose your preferred courier at checkout, such as TCS, Leopards or M&P. We send your order with that courier wherever it delivers.

Open My Orders and select your order. Once it ships, you will see the courier, the tracking number and a link to track the parcel.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order. Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 5,000.

Refrigerated medicines must stay cold, so we don’t send them by regular courier. Call or WhatsApp us and our team will tell you how we can arrange them.

Cash on delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfer, upload your payment receipt on the order page and our team confirms it.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your bank account.

Yes. We buy only from licensed distributors and manufacturers, track every batch, and never sell medicines close to expiry.

Search for it and request it. Our team checks with our suppliers and calls you back with availability and price.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt) in the same strength, made by a different manufacturer. Always check with your doctor or pharmacist before switching.

Controlled and psychotropic medicines are restricted by law and are not sold online.

From any delivered order, choose “Remind me to refill”. We will notify you before you run out, or place the order automatically if you choose auto-refill.
