Nuberol Forte 650mg/50mg Tablets

Paracetamol and orphenadrine together relieve pain from muscle injuries such as strains and sprains.

• Paracetamol is a painkiller that also lowers fever.
• Orphenadrine is a muscle relaxant that helps ease painful muscle spasm.

They are combined to treat both the pain and the muscle tightness. It works best alongside rest and physiotherapy.

Take it exactly as your doctor or pharmacist tells you, for the shortest time needed.

• Do not take any other medicine that contains paracetamol, such as some cold and flu remedies.
• Leave the time between doses shown on the pack, and do not go over the daily limit.
• Swallow extended-release tablets whole. Do not crush or chew them.
• If you miss a dose, take it when you remember, unless your next dose is nearly due. Never take two doses together.

Common side effects include:

• dry mouth
• drowsiness, dizziness or light-headedness
• upset stomach, being sick or constipation
• blurred vision, headache
• difficulty passing urine

Get medical help straight away if you have:

• a fast or uneven heartbeat, or fainting
• confusion or hallucinations
• a rash, swelling of the lips, tongue or throat, or trouble breathing
• yellow skin or eyes

Check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking it if you:

• have glaucoma or myasthenia gravis
• have a stomach ulcer, or a blockage in the bowel or urinary tract
• have an enlarged prostate or trouble passing urine
• have heart problems or an uneven heartbeat
• have liver or kidney disease, or drink a lot of alcohol
• weigh less than 50 kg
• are 65 or older
• are pregnant or breastfeeding

Store at room temperature in the original, tightly closed container, away from heat and moisture (not in the bathroom). Keep out of the reach of children.

Paracetamol overdose: too much paracetamol can cause serious liver damage. Get urgent help if you take more than you should, even if you feel well.

Drowsiness: orphenadrine can make you sleepy. Do not drive or use machines until you know how it affects you, and ask your doctor about alcohol.
